Adding Advanced Manoeuvre to Simulation Training

I found that a lot of other companies are adding advanced manoeuvres to simulation training, to increase the accuracy of simulation and hence improving safety by providing more flying practice to staff. Anyone thinks we should improve our simulation as well?

Of cause it is good to add advanced maneuvers to simulation training. But cost is another issue, as a company, they need to balance cost and performance outcome. So, maybe the outcome is not that good enough so that our company's not paying for that?
